Company History

Since 1998, ATL has been providing one-stop logistics solutions to Japanese export companies selling used cars. We have proudly grown to our present handling of over 100,000 vehicles a year.

ATL Group Milestones

  1. June 1998
    The group company “FIVE K INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD” is established.
  2. January 2003
    AUTO LOGISTICS JAPAN LTD. is established.
  3. February 2007
    The Hakata yard is opened.
  4. April 2007
    Obtained customs clearing license.
  5. October 2008
    Obtained certification from Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center (JEVIC) for inspection center.
  6. March 2009
    Obtained certification from East Africa Auto Mobile Service (EAA) for inspection center.
  7. June 2009
    Obtained QISJ certification (Quality Inspection Services Japan) for inspection center.
  8. June 2012
    The Osaka Yard is opened.
  9. April 2014
    Auto Logistics Japan Ltd. becomes a joint-stock corporation.
  10. September 2014
    Acquired a Class 1 Freight Forwarding Business (NVOCC) license.
  11. September 2014
    The Kansai Office (Booking Center) is opened.
  12. November 2015
    Obtained certification as a facility for disassembly and repair of automobiles.
  13. December 2015
    Obtained certification from Japan Automobile Appraisal Association (JAAI) for inspection center.
  14. January 2016
    The Nagoya Yard is opened.
  15. December 2017
    Freight Forwarder division is established.
  16. August 2024
    The Kanto Yard is opened.
  17. March 2026
    The Osaka Head Office is relocated.
